Return Policy

Disclaimer

All products will be delivered by Ausganica, please refer to delivery policy.

• Ausganica arrange delivery base on customer order item and selected courier method.

• Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday 10am (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).

• Pre order lead time 3 to 4 months, if order confirmed, customer would have to arrange 30% deposit to Ausganica, please contact info@ausganica.com.hk or call / WhatsApp 91929936, and we will let you know once order arrived and arrange balance payment before delivery.

i.e. Total order amount HKD500，deposit 30%  is HKD150 (Calculation formula HKD500 * 30%），balance payment HKD350 (Calculation formula：HKD500-HKD150)

• Return / exchange products policy：

   1/ Products didn’t open / used, outer and inner are not damaged, shall not affect resell.

   2/ We only accept response within 2 days after received products.

   3/ We don’t accept any return under products packing damaged, outer damaged, functions…etc.
